Day 12 · the man's side

The Law of the Personality — the Face Beneath the Helm

His weapon

The lifted visor

His post

In front of his own family, unarmored

The charge

A warrior who is never seen without the helm is never known — and a man who is not known cannot be followed for long. Personality is what makes his authority bearable.

So he lifts the visor at his own table. Humor, admission, gentleness. His children should know the man, not only the office.

The watch — what it looks like when he skips this day

Command with no companionship: obeyed at work, unknown at home.

His oath

My family gets my face, not only my orders.

The other side of the mirror

On the women's side this same day is The Law of Personality, and its stone is Tiger's Eye. Same law, same order — she strings it, he sets it in stone.
